Right Toyota was very friendly and professional in dealing with me. They addressed the issues that needed to be fixed, and checked on some additional work I want to have done in the future. This allows me to plan for that expense. Sam C****** and his staff were great.

I went to this dealership to buy a car and it was the most horrible experience of my life in buying a car!!! The sales man Alex P****** was so mean and aggressive it sacred me and made me almost wan to cry. There are so many Toyota dealerships in the valley please save yourself from the nightmare I endured by going to anywhere but RIGHT TOYOTA!!!

I am currently driving my tenth Toyota product. I have tried many of the Toyota and Lexus dealerships in the Phoenix and Flagstaff area. They do not have clear title. Sold me a car. It’s been a month. Nobody from Right Toyota called me to give me a heads up. I have no title to register the car in NC, nor a plate. The temp plate they gave me expires in less than two weeks. I called and spoke twice to Leslie. No action or phone call. Then her supervisor Jennifer. No returned call from her and apparently doesn’t answer phone. I will be calling Arizona DMV if nobody takes responsibility to fixing this and getting this resolved.
Change prices to suit there needs to get the payment they want
AJ is phenomenal. One of the few car salesman I've met that actually listens. Made the whole car buying experience excellent and will definitely be back.
I was a first time customer at Right Toyota on June 26. I saw a newly listed used Tacoma online and immediately called. I spoke with Mash originally but he explained that he was helping customers at his desk. He put me in touch with Blake Hewitt. I explained to Blake that although I was 100+ miles north, I was getting in my vehicle and driving down immediately.
