Right Toyota is a predatory dealer. They do not respect business contracts and do understand that they are legally binding documents. This dealer had the nerve to contact me after the sale, after delivery of the vehicle, and after I drove it off the lot, to explain that my credit was not approved and they needed to adjust my interest rate. I was born at night but it wasn't last night. This is illegal and predatory business practices. We only replace windshields if there a safety issue such as a crack, star, or other obstruction that would pose a hazard for the driver. Windshield replacements on modern vehicles are very expensive due to the fact all of the optical systems have to be recalibrated. Replacing a windshield is not a small request, in fact most windshield replacements are in excess of $1,000.
Buying experience was great. Salesperson and financial adviser was knowledgeable and helpful with purchasing a vehicle for our family. We look forward to doing business with them again.

They have a car listed on website that didnt even exist. We called ahead of time to check that the car was available and was told it was there. My husband drove 40 minutes to get there and be told it had sold. They had the car priced really low to bait us in. Just as others have mentioned about unethical practices with this place, we have confirmed this to be the case. We will never step foot in that place again.

I bought my first vehicle with them. It was a 2019 **** Fiesta. The process for that was good & I left satisfied. A few months down the road I traded in for a 2019 Toyota RAV4. That process was also very smooth & I left happy in my new RAV! The sales department is amazing. They treat young females very respectable. They bend over backwards trying to help me out.
