Wonderful ******************* I've been coordinating service for our 2 vehicles with ********************* for over 10 years. Fantastic personality and caring individual. Explains and goes into detail any maintenance that needs to be accomplished, especially anything safety related. Advises if there are any coupons related to the services that are required and helps you to find them so they can be applied. Especially in this new economy, every dollar helps.

I purchased a new vehicle. It took a lot of time to get the vehicle. Once received the internet manager did a good job of getting the vehicle to me but there are a lot of lose ends that still need to be completed. The Finance area was particularly troublesome. The purchase contract does not match the **** for the vehicle and has other strange data on it. All the lose ends need to be completed. Trying to get them set up but just not happening.

I brought my car in on Monday July 3 for a servicing. I realized late Monday my hubcap was missing. I have been emailing and calling the service manager, dealership manager etc at least 4 times this past week to ask about my hubcap. They did not have the courtesy to call me back.
