I have been going to Right Toyota for years for my truck maintenance needs, and overall I have been a Toyota customer for 7 years and my parents have been Toyota customers for over 15 years. Recently my tailgate on my Tacoma got stolen. How frustrating, right? I had a good experience at the dealership during the actual process of buying the vehicle. However, the experience following the purchase of my vehicle was TERRIBLE. COMPLETELY AWFUL. I traded in my old vehicle at the time, this was April 2020. The dealership took 45 days to send my payoff check to my lienholder, despite me reaching out multiple times within that 45 day period to inquire about the status of the check.
