**** at Right Toyota is outstanding! This is a time of low inventory for a Toyota Corolla. However, he was able to make several calls, find us a great car, and get this to us in a very expedited manner. He was highly communicative with us throughout the whole process. Great describing different features of different models. We were also able to review and consider other car options. Did not feel rushed or pressured. Highly recommend **** for anyone in search of a car.

From my review on Yelp, A few months back:I brought my car in for servicing as prompted by Right Toyota. But 2 days earlier I came in to buy a car for my Daughter. To make a long story short, the sales manager was very dismissive with me, as he was not happy with the way I was negotiating for a Toyota Supra. He refused to participate in the negotiations, leaving me no other choice but to continue to tell him what I wanted to pay. The sales person and my point of contact, asked me to leave a 5-Star review as way "give [him] leverage to get the markup reduced."We setup up an appointment for 4 PM on Saturday.Thursday before the appointment I sent 1 text asking him to email me the paperwork he was planning on showing me Saturday. Severely Disappointed. This dealer lacks communication skills that is so mind boggling I just can understand it. And their name is Right Toyota?It should be Wrong Toyota, seriously.

3/21 - took my 2021 Tundra in at 9:15 am for an oil change and inoperable windshield washer. ***** told me I'd get a call when done and that it should only take an hour or two. Unfortunately, by 5:30 pm I had not received a call, so I called them. I was told my truck was ready and that ******************* is who I should see to pick up by 6pm. Since live roughly 40 minutes away, that left me unable to retrieve my truck until the next morning. The next morning, I go in and stand in front of the service counter where I observe... read more
