We bought both AC/Heating units from Right Now Air many years ago. The service technicians have all been very professional, highly skilled and kept our units working in good form. I appreciate being able to trust their work and recommendations. John came this morning for the winter service check. He gave me very helpful tips and suggestions. Thank you Right Now Air!

John was friendly, helpful and very customer oriented. He did a super tune up and explained everything that he found and corrected. He also made a recommendation that I get a carbon dioxide detector and where to place it. Overall I would say he is the best A/C field service person I have had service my system.

RecommendedJohn was courteous and punctual. He was very knowledgeable regarding our A/C unit. He walked us through all the problems we had using photos he took of our rooftop A/C and explained what repairs needed to be made. Very trustworthy, Great job and thank you so much.
John came out yesterday to do a regular maintenance check on my unit. He was prompt, very professional, thorough and courteous! I trust Right Now Air 100% to be truthful and honest about my AC unit. He even made sure to tell me the condition of my filters and to make sure and purchase a carbon monoxide detector! Great value and service! I highly recommend this company!
Jose and Mark provided an outstanding service experience throughout the lengthy period of a complete system replacement. . Both were friendly and courteous, and displayed high levels of competency at all times. I have been a customer of Right Now Air since I bought my house 9 months ago. Their service has been spectacular. Last night at about 7:30 (well after hours), my air conditioner decided to stop working. It was 85 degrees in my house! I called and within 30 minutes, Mark E. was at my house and fixed it quickly! He is certainly a master at his craft! I cannot recommend Right Now Air enough (and their Discount Club membership rocks!).
AC went out in morning. I called Right Now Air, and they scheduled John to arrive between 1:00 and 5;00. About 2 hours later they called and let me know he was ahead of schedule and could come over earlier. He arrived around 12:45 and was finished around 1:15 and fixed the problem. Professional and courteous.
