We bought both AC/Heating units from Right Now Air many years ago. The service technicians have all been very professional, highly skilled and kept our units working in good form. I appreciate being able to trust their work and recommendations. John came this morning for the winter service check. He gave me very helpful tips and suggestions. Thank you Right Now Air!

John was friendly, helpful and very customer oriented. He did a super tune up and explained everything that he found and corrected. He also made a recommendation that I get a carbon dioxide detector and where to place it. Overall I would say he is the best A/C field service person I have had service my system.

Jose and Mark provided an outstanding service experience throughout the lengthy period of a complete system replacement. . Both were friendly and courteous, and displayed high levels of competency at all times. AC went out in morning. I called Right Now Air, and they scheduled John to arrive between 1:00 and 5;00. About 2 hours later they called and let me know he was ahead of schedule and could come over earlier. He arrived around 12:45 and was finished around 1:15 and fixed the problem. Professional and courteous.

Right Now Air has been servicing our HVAC system for many years and always treats us like family. We had them perform a service and maintenance check today on our fan coil unit and condenser. They arrived on time and did a thorough check of the system. Their service representative, Josh, was very knowledgeable on our system because he installed the condenser 7 years ago. He put on booties over his boots when he entered the house and left the garage and condenser areas clean. We give Right Now Air a 5-Star rating.
