Bob made contact with me gave me a quote then gave me a time for the installation of a new unit. Jose and Mark were right on time and had all the preparatory work done when the crane truck arrived. All parts of their work were well-coordinated and the new unit was installed and tested in 3 hours. Grateful for their concern for my well being and the way they made me feel comfortable with the work they were doing and did. Well Done

The tech, Josh was great. He spent a lot of time explaining and showing me pictures to document everything he was recommending. Also love their maintenance plan. Twice a year they call me to schedule an appointment. Without the call I would never remember.

Awesome!!!!. Bob Martin serviced my furnace and did a terrific job! I had One Hour Air out who told me I needed a new furnace, therefore called Right Now Air for a second opinion. My furnace was fine, nothing needed, not even a repair! Goes to show you what company you use. Mr. Martin gave me a printed run down of everything he checked as well as explaining. Josh K. was our service technician, he called ahead and arrived promptly. He was here to do bi annual check on our HVAC system. that Right Now Air installed in 2013. He was a delightful gentleman and checked inside and the air conditioning unit outside. Gave us some maintenance tips and was done. Also gave us a gift card to give to a friend for $50 off their service. Very personable young man that is a positive asset to Right Now Air. Right Now Air is the only company we have used for HVAC since we moved here, 21 years ago.
