Mark arrived quickly on a Sunday and was very professional. He went above and beyond explaining everything to me. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes and we had cool air again. Cannot say enough good things about Mark and RightNow Air. They are the best.

Be VERY careful. I'm not an AC tech. Jose was great and fixed the fan issue. Just for your info: We, I, Found the issue as to why the fan kept sliding down the motor shaft. The fan motor what bad and was replaced. We replaced the motor once before this. After the motor was replaced,August, a month later there's noise when the Air Conditioner comes on. Right-Now-Air came out. The fan blade had moved forward and was scraping on the coils. Right-Now-Air pushed the fan back and tightened it. This happened twice within two months... read more

Sir, if you look at the invoice you received and signed when the motor was replaced, you will see you were told there was a problem with the fan blade and you chose not to address it at that time. The fact you had a problem with the fan a month later shouldn't have been a surprise as you were advised this was an issue. I have the old fan blade and neither bolt is broken. The issue is when the motor was replaced prior to ours your service person at that time installed a shim in the blade hub which blocked the second bolt from... read more
