Mark did a great job on the annual review. His thoroughness and approach to short and long term issues makes managing and budgeting work easier. Mark was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Happy to have him out for service.

Our A/C was cutting out in the 115* weather. Bob was able to come out the next day. Of course when he was here the a/c was working perfectly. After checking it out and not being able to find the problem he stayed and chatted with us for 25 minutes before rechecking it one final time. While checking it the last time suddenly the fan blower motor stopped. Aha! Now we know where the problem was. If Bob hadn't taken the time to check and recheck we would still be having a problem. I have used Right Now Air for ten years. All technicians are timely and do a careful inspection. Three years ago, Marc promptly showed up (at night) to replace a capacitor on the hottest day of that summer! This week, he detected an expected nearly failed motor in the outdoor unit. This was promptly replaced by the more modern universal motor. I look forward to another 10 years of excellent preventive maintenance and service. Well worth the cost! Bob. H.
