Josh K. from Right Now A/C is a very professional and excellent technician. He has been to our home several times and we always request his services. He is polite, neat,and knowledgeable. He appreciates his customers and of course, we appreciate him. Our A/C system works perfectly and having Josh service our equipment twice a year is certainly a main reason that is the case.

Have been a club member for several years, always receive great service. They don't try to nickel and dime you with things, if it's broke they fix it , if it's something that is getting close to needing a repair they inform you and let you make an informed decision. I have been a customer of Right Now Air since purchasing my townhouse 2 years ago. Their service is always the best! Jose D. completed the semi-annual service of my unit today. I called for an appointment, and Right Now Air was able to set me up for the next day between 10am-2pm. I was surprised when the office dispatcher called the next morning at 9:30am saying that Mark (the technician) was on the his way. They even sent an email with a photo of Mark so I would know who to expect. When Mark arrived, I saw him spraying down his shoes before putting on shoe covers and taking other COVID-19 precautions, which was reassuring.
