RecommendedKyle Svendsen made a service call to our house to do some warranty work on our Coast Spa. He was timely, courteous, and very helpful. He made the repair and took his time to explain the problem and the solution. I wish all service calls were as good as Kyle's.

Our experience with Jeremy in Tacoma was excellent. He was patient and answered questions throughout the buying process. Our fire pit and chairs were delivered today by Chuck and Aaron. They were professional and set up everything. They showed us how the fire pit worked and answered our questions. We received great customer service from the beginning to the end of our purchase.
We stopped in at the Lynwood store, looking for information about gas or electric fireplaces. We met Sheryl who was very friendly and knowledgeable! She helped guide us to the right style that best fit our needs. She also helped us find a fabulous patio table to boot!!
My husband and I bought this Napoleon BBQ in September. We use it about 2-3 times a week. It still seems like it’s brand new! The sales people were very helpful and knew so much about all of their products!

We worked with Steve Fraser and he helped us picked out two gas fireplaces for our new house. He educated us on brands and styles and then helped us get the best pricing. Once it was time to get them installed, Steve made sure we were well taken care of and provided excellent customer service! We’ll be buying more from Rich’s in the future!
