great store with quality merchandise
Went in for a hot tub and they treated us outstanding! We needed delivery as quickly as possible due to having a deck built around the area where the tub was going and they bent over backwards to make it happen. And it did happen! Easy shopping, easy delivery, and all around an excellent experience. Definitely gets our business again.
I had a great experience with Chris B at the Bellevue location showing me the differences and cost benefits/breakdowns of all the different models of hot tubs they carry. It's refreshing to get someone who knows their products so well and can help them fit your needs.
We just purchase a Hot Tub from "Rich's for the Home of Bellevue" and are very happy with the purchase. Our sales person was Chris Bonnington a very knowledgeable young man. I absolutely love Anne DeMartini. She is a wonderful person to help choose patio sitting. Even though the air conditioning could not keep up with the demand in the showroom, (and it was at the end of the day on a Sunday!), she was confident and calming. Just what I needed. We have just purchased a set of patio furniture at Rich’s for the Home. Sheryl was our sales and design consultant. We were very impressed by her terrific customer service. From the time we entered the store Sheryl helped us every step of the way with patience and a designer’s knowledge. She totally went beyond what one would find in almost any retail stores.
