She was very patient with us and took our ideas to present us with several options and then narrowed our search based on our requirements. This is our second purchase from Rich's in Lynnwood and it won't be our last. We highly recommend Sheryl.
We recently purchased a Travis 864 CleanFace gas fireplace from Rich’s for the Home in Lynnwood and our salesperson Sheryl Stevens was outstanding! We were on a tight time schedule and Sheryl worked extremely hard to make it happen - personally coordinating the pick up from Travis to our early pick up at the Rich’s store. Sheryl even made several after hour phone calls to us; including over the weekend to answer a few questions as we installed the unit.
