RecommendedWhen the shipment of our patio furniture was delayed for various unrelated reasons, not the fault of Rich's, the operations staff at Rich's came to the rescue. These are nice, knowledgeable people who sell products of the greatest quality. Our furniture arrived over two weeks earlier than the previously advertised delivery date, and we couldn't be happier. We'll be back, because they have our back!

Got great service from the Rich's service tech who came out and replaced the topside controls for our Coast Horizon Spa. And Kudos also to Coast for authorizing warranty replacement on same even though the warranty had expired a couple months before.
Love the Bremerton store for the amazing patio furniture they offer and all the amazing stoves also the great selection of hot tubs
Great overall experience from Sales to delivery. Was even able to get out of warranty slings for our chairs. Chuck and Tristian were great on the delivery side. Friendly, professional, and quick. We would highly recommend Rich’s for your in and around the home.
