WORST customer service! Salesman Kyle lied about spas being built and delivered during Covid. Only after dealing direct with Coast Spas did we find out that our spa hadn't been built yet.. Coast got it built, Richs dropped the ball on everything else. We didn't receive chemicals, cover attachment or consultation as promised. Manager is new and knows little. Grilling and summer go together like peas and carrots. The only thing I like enjoy more than grilling is eating grilled food. For years I have used a gas bbq, the kind you can get at any home improvement store, and after years of use it finally gave out. Rich’s in East Bremerton and up to the corporate level were fantastic. Whether phone, email, or in-person - service was prompt, professional and friendly. Delivery was earlier than expected and attentive service continued even after the sale was complete. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Highly recommend this respectable local company.
We ordered a hot tub on May7th, our application was missing one signature and we were never notified. Its been three weeks several phone calls and emails and they finally told us our order was not processed due to the missing signature. After the first issue they “promised” us We would have a hot tub by July 1st. Now the day before our hot tub was promised to be delivered by a manager that quit a day later they are telling us more delays. By telling I mean we had to call two days straight several times a day.
