Michelle and Kim at the Bellevue store were great to work with when I pre-ordered my Tripitone dining set back in the spring. Then Chuck and Aaron delivered it on Friday and were super friendly and helpful when they carried it out to the deck. They called about 30 minutes ahead and arrived right on time.
I have been here several times bought patio furniture here years ago and just ordered a Coast spa for my place in Montana. Top quality products with good prices, I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for as far as quality. The sales staff and service at Rich's are great too!
I love my furniture ! Even tho a piece was scratched, they replaced it in a timely manner. Chuck and Aaron(?) delivered when promised, and were entertaining, as well. :-) Will make another purchase at Rich's.... and Brad, the Bremerton store manager was also helpful and accommodating.
Bought new patio furniture from Rich's - love it! Friendly delivery people Chuck and Aaron arrived promptly (early even) and set it all up in place for us.
