One of the worst experiences with customer service I’ve ever had. We bought a top of the line spa from Rich’s 3 months ago that is falling apart. We called customer service and they told us to take pictures and send them. We have followed up three separate times and everyone that is talked to in the service department has no idea what’s going on. Floor staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. Once you buy a spa, forget about it. Won’t return calls or emails. Pretty sure they lost my order after I paid. Took almost 2 months for delivery, another 3 to 4 weeks for the setup consultation, and 4 months for a warranty repair. Had to elevate concerns above the service manager after waiting a month for her to respond after I confirmed the repair directly with Coast. Like the Coast spa, but very disappointed with Rich’s.
Great customer service from Sheryl Stevens. Love my new patio table and chairs. With Sheryl's help they are the perfect fit. Also received timely, courteous and conscientious delivery service from Chuck and Brandon. Highly recommend the whole crew!
Great service from in-store to delivery
Everything from customer service the minute we walked in the door to the delivery. Our patio furniture was delivered today by Brandon and Chuck. They went above and beyond setting everything up just how we wanted it. They put the propane tank in the fire pit and got it started for us. We highly recommend Rich's to anyone in the market for patio furniture or hot tubs.
