RecommendedI understand why Rich’s for the home is essential. They sell and service heating appliances. However, they also sell spas and patio. My family and I are not interested in a heating appliance, but we are interested in a patio set. Kind of a weird combo, but it worked for us. I called the store and they allowed me to make an appt with them to view patio sets. They gave us plenty of space and followed all guidelines for safety in these trying times. Thank you Rich’s
I just saw an ad for this company. Why is this place open? They are not essential. Sure they have fireplaces but who needs a fireplace now? This virus will never stop if companies like this stay open. Please shut down till at least May 4.
You are morally wrong to stay open
While the entire community is working together to get past this COVID-19 situation, and ALL other business are following our governor’s mandate of non-essential businesses remaining closed... THIS shady business is more concerned with making money and endangering their employees and community by still advertising and remaining to be open, selling OUTDOOR PATIO FURNITURE?? Selfish, pathetic and greedy. Will never spend another penny here. Do your part, shame on you.
I just got a gas fireplace insert from Rich's and they offered excellent service and advice at an unbeatable price. I would highly recommend them for their home products!
after purchase service has been horrible. never get return calls, was misled at purchase as to control my spa option, now they want me to spend another $700 for option even though I specifically asked if phone module would do said feature. as you continue to sit on hold, it continues to say we understand your time is valuable, obviously it isn't to them. from what I have seen after a 20,000 dollar purchase, they dont care after they have the money. service even states that the clicking sound from the pump in recirculate is n... read more
Customer service has never returned any of my phone calls. They canceled my appointment at the last minute and said it would be two months before they could get a technician out to fix my fireplace during the middle of the winter.
Love our cascade elite spa. The salesmen was wonderful and still is when we get our supplies from him. We worked with the Bremerton branch. When we had some issues (not Rich’s fault) the service department took care of our needs nicely. The service technician is amazing and very knowledgeable.
