I shopped at several stores until I found what I needed at Richs. I was amazed at the selection and service. Nicole helped me find the perfect accessories and when I need a new patio set, I know where to go now. I really enjoyed shopping at this beautiful store. The selection is huge.
Troy Smith and his colleagues were so helpful and professional. The quality of their products is Phenomenal. I will definitely go back and purchase from them again!
We have both a wood and gas stove from Rich's and love it! They are great for getting through the winter.
Got myself a Weber bbq from here. Love it! Was way better than my old, cheap one. They were very understanding of my delivery needs (demands) and accommodated me in every way. Delivery guys were sharp (arrived on time and set everything up). First class business. I highly recommend visiting the store. So much cool furniture.
