They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The only negative is there is quite a wait time for an appointment.

I was so pleased with the warm reception I got here-everyone is so friendly! I really enjoyed my visit. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much

They were average Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
