Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
