Dustin Cox was outstanding to work with on our truck deal. He was professional and personable. All of our questions were answered with confidence and knowledge. From the time we walked in the door and thru the process, until we drove off in a F-450 it was both a professional and pleasant experience with everyone we encountered.

Helpful, no pressure, friendly, knowledgable Right from the start everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. This was true from the guard at the entrance to the receptionist, , Kristopher Somar (Salesman), the Sales Manager, the lady that talked to me about options for interior, exterior etc. optional protection, Ted Hanawalt,and the technician that helped me with the Ford app and phone sinc. Exceptional Team!!! I have purchased several cars in the past from Ricart and will do so in the future.

Best Car Buying Experience We've Had We came to Ricart Ford to buy a car for our daughter for Christmas. We first dealt with Jonika Dennie who we thought was really on the ball. We came back a second time with our daughter and when we came in she was ready to go and we got right down to business. Josh your great Joshua Darrah and his boss where amazing. They did everything in their power to get us what we wanted for the price we needed. The only complaint i have is when my wife came back monday to get the rist block finished up(THE OUTSIDE OF THE CAR) for some reason she sat there for 3 hrs and know would kept ger up to date and checked in with her. Great Overall our experience was great. Dan Stinson was very patient with us showing us different trucks to meet our needs. When we found the right truck there was no pressure, we where happy with our finale purchase price. Dan Stinson has been extrimely helpful after the sale.
