Great all-around dealership experience! I was greeted at the door and the truck I asked about was parked in the front of the lot. Troy did an amazing job outlining all the details of the F-150 and answered all questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Columbus to buy a vehicle. The culture at Ricart is refreshing and great to see a team of people working together to ensure a great customer experience.

I bought my vehicle in for service and an employee left the window open and flooded the inside of my F-150. My vehicle sat there for 11 days for a power steering pump. I had an extended warrantee and still got a bill for repair work plus the $100 deductible. They changed my exhaust manifolds and I have exhaust fumes and a mildew smell in my vehicle. Very friendly staff, courteous and kind. Clean well kept office areas. Snacks and coffee provided. Overall great experience as everyone was very helpful and seemed genuinely focused on my best interests.
