Great From meeting the salesperson to driving away in a new auto it was a pleasant experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist you in purchasing and financing.

Service dept. Was aweful to me. They were disrespectful woman helped me and she was just flat out rude. I left with my car same as it was when I brought it in but 3 days later with no phone call from Ricart at all
Had an amazing experience at Ricart Ford! My wife and I worked with Chris Franks and he helped us pick the perfect car. We ended up with a 2019 Mustang GT right off of the showroom floor. The finance team and the management team were amazing and it made for a truly outstanding buying experience. Big thanks to Scott, Josh, and Doug!

A good job The finance department as well as sales did a great job of getting the transaction completed in the shortest, most efficient manner possible. I encountered a small problem that the staff went out of their way to help me clarify it. The salesperson thoroughly explained the info on the truck and its operation Thanks.
