Very normal experience and were treated very well. The entire sales experience was very good. Treated our time with respect. Both the business Manager, Zack Bowens and Sales Advisor, Nick Hyland were very kind and considerate.

Great all-around dealership experience! I was greeted at the door and the truck I asked about was parked in the front of the lot. Troy did an amazing job outlining all the details of the F-150 and answered all questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Columbus to buy a vehicle. The culture at Ricart is refreshing and great to see a team of people working together to ensure a great customer experience.
