Very good experience from using the Internet first due to COV to dealership personnel this was a very good experience. No handshakes due to social distancing but it’s good to know they want to protect their customers as well as their staff. I’ve used Ricart four times now.
We are repeat customers to ricarts. We purchased our vehicle during Covid 19 crisis and the staff was very helpful through messages and phone calls before we arrived to pick up the vehicle.
