I had a 9am appointment for a simple tire rotation, for which I was put into the fast lane for quick service. I waited for awhile until finally asking how long it would take. My truck didn’t go onto the lifts until 10:10am. I just don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment and also being put into a faster lane when it still took over an hour and fifteen minutes. They did waive the $10 charge but still was a hassle since I had my infant with me.

Bought a new truck My experience was great. My salesman Jake Moore was great to deal with. And all the finance people was great. I would recommend this place and people and go back there for another vehicle purchase.

All employees I had contact with were helpful. My overall experience was good. The deal given on the new car was great. My only issue was that they deducted $ 750.00 off of my trade for 3 issues that I disclosed before driving 3 hours to the dealership. I also sent pictures of 2 of the issues. They did throw in some weather tech floor mats.
