Power out yet again. We are 1 pole down from fairport electric service and they have power. How does a little company provide consistent service and a large company have consistently bad service? Maintenance necessary on the lines on county line road in fairport !!!!!!!!
I just moved into a new apartment and have been trying to transfer the service. Turned our power off instead and said sorry can't be there until Friday. 3 days doesn't work RG&E, we are trying to pay for our power!
Why are customers that were part of the outage due to the windstorm are still being assessed a full month of customer and delivery charges by RG&E if they were unable to provide us with power for 5 days. Use your own tree crews to do your normal tree work instead of taking advantage of the one who are from different areas! Showing some compassion to those who have been gone a month from their families would be a big step up. Vultures.
RG&E is reading the meters today?! Are you freaking kidding? Didn't see a single RG&E crew the entire 5 days we were without power and now you want to track snow and muck through my house. I don't think so.
While my power was back up within 3.5 days and I greatly appreciate the hard work and many hours the linesmen are putting in, a very good friend of mine is the only house on her street still with out power. The electric chord is disconnected from her home. I realize there are alot of homes still without power but when there are several utility trucks sitting in a parking lot for a few hours, it is beyond frustrating. Please come down Rogers Ave in the city of Rochester 10 Rogers Ave has been without power since Wednesday and there are small children there one with a medical problem. Please come turn our power back on.
