Very poorly ran across the board... They are to lazy to go check meters. They give months and months of estimates then hit you with a big bill, unless you wanna do there job and go check your own meter every month and call in your numbers.... so do half there job u pay them for haha unbelievable...tell us they lost their key to are apartment but won't go to the front office and get another one but just wait 6 months of estimate bills then hit us with a big bill ....
Awful company. They came through and cut down all the trees long the fence and one in my yard. It was a tree I was married under. My disgust for this company goes deep.
Your account will never reflect when an actual employee comes out for a meter reading. So of course you get gouged in your bill 2-3 times a year. Good luck attempting to speak to anyone who could provide a fraction of help. I wish we could switch... unfortunately there is no other option.

Customer service people are great, but they are constricted to perform within a very poorly designed customer service system with rules seemingly written by Kafka in a fevered dream.
trying to set up new service and was told to move into the new place without power and heat for 6 days. requested to speak to a sup and of course it was 40 mins before they closed, they never called back, when they did they told my husband that we have to wait till the 21st for new service when a previous rep said go get the meter reading and call back to turn it on. Having a disabilty and being told to go live in the apartment after our neighbor threatened our lives....great to know RG,&E only care about your money and not ... read more
All around worthless service. They way overcharge, their customer service reps are incredibly rude even when you're as nice as can be back to them. They lie and get off on screwing over their customers. They outage map that they shove down everyone's throat is useless, and it takes them hours if not days to fix even simple problems.
The customer service is terrible! goodluck getting them to do anything helpful for you!
Well you could start by reading my gas meter. It has been 18 years of reading it but lately your people has decided not to. The door to my basement is open to the public. There are no locks.
