Totally unprepared to fix the problems with outdated equipment But still expect that bill to be paid. My be My bank account will have an outage

Horrible company. Have been without power 4 days now, and cannot even get an update. I just want an update, but as far as I know, they don't even know this street is without power. Incompetents.

Horrible storm,YES. But RGE's inability to properly keep customers notified of the restoration process is even more horrible.
Constant power outages. A negligent amount of time taken to restore power. Report them to the DPS. This is a public service that is NOT dependable. Take pictures of 5+ workers doing nothing, it's evidence!
Overcharges, doesn't update their crappy power lines to be ready for the weather (which Rochester can get really bad weather), doesn't tell anyone when things will be fixed, days without power, haven't seen a single utility crew in the E. Henrietta or W. Henrietta rd area, etc. Utter garbage, this is why foreign companies shouldn't get to own local utility companies. Corporate America continues to screw the average American.
