RG&E and Birchcrest Landscaping are mutilating all the trees on Kings Highway. They are doing a terrible job. They just trashed Durand Eastman Park.

I can't believe the wait time, I waited 20 minutes for anyone to answer my call. I hung up and I'm trying again been waiting 10 minutes already on top of my budget amount isn't right I'm being billed $16 more then my recalculated amount of last month.

Worst customer service ever ... I had a small billing issue which I resolved it as soon as possible...no phone calls or e-mail notification but they decided to cut off the power and gas of my house...now since I have rectify the billing issue they can't turn back on the power and gas of my house for next 48 to 72 hours...not only that they don't have estimated time on when tech will arrive to turn back on the power and gas ... million dollar company and can't track an ETA on tech this is ridiculous...when it comes to taking ... read more

Have lived in my home in southwestern New York State for 19 years. RG&E's service is absolutely HORRIBLE!The number of power outages we have had over those 19 years is reprehensible. And yet year after year after year, nothing changes. Their response is always, "you live in an area with a lot of trees." Yes, I do, but so do the 1000's of National Grid customers who live less than 2 miles from me. That explanation is getting old. So frustrated!!!�

I had something crazy happen to me Friday morning, and I wanted to warn you all so it doesn't happen to you. At 1045 a.m., I was home alone, still in my PJs, and one of my 3 dogs is going nuts barking a weird bark I have never heard before. I get up from my office to let her out the back door when I see a MAN COMING UP OUT OF MY BASEMENT into my dining room. So I called to make a payment today and the auto system said was late so tried talking to the company but since it is under my HUSBANDS name and not mine they wouldn't talk to me and when I asked for a supervisor I was denied this company is a piece of shit!!!!!!!!!!
