I'd like to thank RG&E for not burying power lines during the last 35 years like the rest of the country and world has been doing. Well done. Looking forward to enduring the next massive outage with you guys again soon, as you act like we're living in a developing-world country :)

I'd like to take this opportunity to Thank all the men and women who have already worked 24 hrs + to restore power to many families in the Rochester area. This Wind storm caused so much damage and we know you are all only human and doing the best you can, as quickly as you can. THANK YOU !!!

8 trucks on my tiny street to fix one line. Bunch of workers standing around pointing and smoking cigarettes but only one guy working. No wonder my RG&E bill is so expensive. Not even a courtesy call telling people who live here that they're going 2 close the street down.(Although I'm sure that if I owned them $ they would have no problem blowing up my phone.) Good thing i don't have to go to work today. Still can't get in or out. RG&E has me trapped again. I guess when you have a monopoly on the area you can do what you wan... read more

Nothing like turning off power on a house with a 2 year old living in it. You are all despicable to stare into a grandfathers eyes and tell them too bad. You got robots at your company with more emotion than your workers. I think its corporation that take advantage of peoples needs that deserve to be cut down. I hope your shit service and your shit attitudes with peoples families get you all that filthy money you monopolized asshats

I have spoken to atleast 4-5 different reps and not a single rep was on the same page. The 1st call was to change my mailing address and that was never completed, had an issue with the gas and waited for hours for someone to come out and had to wait in my car because the house was freezing cold. Made another call to speak with a rep and she was very rude and when I asked to speak with a supervisor she ended the call. Very unprofessional!!

70' pine tree falls at 4pm across road w/wires down across Lake Rd in Webster ... As of 8pm absolutely zero progress / no sign of any work being done ... Lines still down on ground with zero protective measures
