Damian is a professional like I have not encountered before, the care for details and the customer is greater than I have ever experienced. He spent time going over all the details with us on all the potentials projects we wanted and how to tackle them & how much they should cost. He was super transparent, honest & kind Sadly due to budget issues we couldn't hire him for now, we do hope to do business in the future once we have enough capital. Although we did not go ahead . Due to our own budget constraints. I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge presented . I was sorry to waste their time .
Had a full new roof fitted on my 1930's semi -detached house by RG Developments in February 2024. Damien was very professional throughout the initial investigation of the roof problems, taking aerial photographs and the subsequent reroofing There is a 25 year guarantee with the roof and a problem arose on June 2025 whereby next doors original roof was damaged by high winds which effected the roofing joint. We have a 1930s detached house that was in need of renovation. New roof, anthracite double glazing, external composite doors, drainage, k-rend rendering and a kitchen extension with skylights has transformed our home. The project planning including architectural plans was spot on and the quality of materials, building and finish were superb. RG Developments done the structural work and finishes from footings to getting the roof watertight - then electrics, plumbing and plastering on our rear extension. Damian was really helpful from start to finish. He helped us with all the relevant requirements from the architectural plans to planning permission to building regulations approval.
