WRONG BIRTH CERTIFICATE INFO!!!! Ive been trying to get ahold of someone for months! No one answers or calls back! Now I have to pay for my husband to be on our sons birth certificate! He basically has to adopt his own child all because someone there is/was LAZY!!!! His name is on every form they filled out EXCEPT the one they sent to OKC for the actual record. IM FURIOUS! What a sorry excuse for a OBGYN clinic.
RecommendedFor over 45 years my wife and I have been served through military medicine. We have never received less than optimum care directly from military providers. The only time that our care has been less than satisfactory is when we have been referred for care in the local community, not always Lawton.
BEEN USING RACH SINCE 1974 AND ALWAYS RECEIVED PERFECT SERVICE EXCEPT FOR 1985 WHEN THEY LOST MY MEDICAL RECORDS. I FOUND THEM IN OBSTETRICS???
the pharmacy is garbage. they don't answer their phones so then peopl inquiring about prescriptions have to drive all the way there, wait 45+minutes just to be told they dont have it and then go home. if they would answer their phones once in a while they'd have a better rating

They are amazing! The staff and physicians are great people and great “bed-side-manner”. Love my Dr!

I tried to leave an "ICE" comment, but the link is broken. In the past I have dreaded going to Reynolds and not always treated well. Today my son and I visited team Integrity to see Dr. Anderson. Everyone from the gentleman at the front desk, to Dr. Andersons nurse (I believe her name is Kim), and also Dr. Anderson, treated us with such kindness and respect. I really appreciate the care we received today and I wanted to make sure that this team was given credit where credit is due! Thank you!!
Aside from minor scrapes and bruises, this place has very limited uses. And it has hands down the most ridiculous phone transfer system I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor, switch to tricare standard and go to Comanche county memorial.
