Took my 4 year old in this evening, wailing in pain in his ear. I have never had a better experience in the three years we've been here. They saw him immediately! Virtually no wait for the Doctor to come in and access the problem. The Doctor and nursing staff were amazing!!! Thank you Doctor King for bringing our little ones smile back!!! Always hear negative things about Urgent Care; I am thrilled to be able to share our great experience in a time of need.
It depends on the department. The OBGYN and Labor and Delivery are wonderful! Always so caring! However, my experience with my PCM has been terrible. I can never get an appt if I need to be seen for something that needs attention right away. Today I called to let the Dr know that I was on my 5th day of antibiotics and still having symptoms and would probably need a new antibiotic. I left a message for a nurse. 5 hours later I call back and I'm told they haven't gotten to my test results from the culture yet and will hear bac... read more
Love it, love it. They have been wonderful to my family since 1989. We have been thru everything from auto and motorcycle accidents, broken bones, cancer, you name it and they provided top notch professional care to us each time. It is not a perfect system and sometimes you have to wait but you will experience the same thing in the civilian sector. I believe they continue to take great care of us.
I have been to the ER/Urgent Care one too many times in the past year and a half but every time I do have to go the ER/Urgent Care I never have any issues. Yes, it might take a little longer than anyone would like to sit there but it is an ER/Ungert Care... what more can you except. The staff is always wonderful and caring; at least to me. The PCMs and specialty staff that I have come across have all been very supportive and caring too. Thank you and keep up the wonderful work everyone!
Takes forever too get an appointment
They do not care about their patients especially if they are soldiers. I never even heard back from patient advocacy. Do not put your life in these peoples hands unless you want permanent damage.
The whole system sucks from the call center to make an appointment to the er and er staff.
