Always have to wait even for the first appointment of the day. Then you only get 10 minute appointments with your PCM and 5 of that is with the nurse. So the dr has one hamd on the door the whole time. Worst clinics ever.
Great place to work and enjoy being apart of the RACH team. Family oriented. Always found people to be helpful and care. A willingness to help others. Most of the time good listeners. Goooooo RACH!
Hospital closed the emergency room to save money, converting the emergency to an urgent care center if the money that was saved was not reinvested in the urgent care center hiring doctors and nurses (medics are not a substitution) what was the point. I watched one person screen patients for two hrs to the point where a patient who arrived before we did and hadn't been screened (he said) just left. RACH is not for the sick! Only well people can get appointments and that's 3 weeks out! I have never gotten a same day appointment and the only option is to sit in Urgent Care all day!
Dr Jamie Laughy is the most amazing Pediatrician!! Our family will forever be grateful for her bedside care and educational visits!
The staff are great. Very friendly and open to lift your spirit in happiness along with doing whatever to heal your condition. The food service was delectable and their staff were very humorous. I enjoyed my stay. All who come. Beware! You are good hands
this hospital is the worst, the doctors and nurses here do not lesson to anything you say, I told them my hip was hurting and they said it was my back forcing me to suck it up, now they say I have a tare in my muscle in my hip, if they lessoned to me on day one I would not be in pain.
THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER. URGENT CARE MY FREAKING ASS.
