Only reason a 1 because you have put a 1. Worst pediatric department ever. They refuse patient care at the request of the parent. I will Continue ice complaints. I have never in my life been told that a captain was refusing care because he felt is wasn't a medical necessity. Last I checked I know my child better than you do. Your not allowed to refuse a request either. Horrible service and horrible care. Beyond rude and disrespectful.
My family and I have been using RACH since 2000. Active duty now retired. Just hope they bring everything back soon.
I was seen in the Urgent Care clinic yesterday after falling on my stairs at home the day before.I found the staff to be professional and courteous . I could not have asked for anything more during the exam or from the Radiology tech.The results were explained in a manner that anyone would be able to understand. My only complaint. ....there is no WiFi in the clinic area.
I enjoyed meeting with my new doctor and his staff.
