Hire Doctors or shut down. Not all nurse practitioners are knowledgeable. The medical providers here were at the bottom of their classes.
Since they changed their system in the pharmacy to get medication, the waiting is longer even after being called to the counter I guess to get my information. i was told to have a sit to be call. Waiting impatient over an hour.
Zero stars?! Inappropriate conversations between staff members. Appointments being cancelled the day of or day prior (because the nurse cancelled) and receptionist never give a reason why. Pharmacy wait is insane, most the time an hour to be called, then told to sit down and wait another hour to get meds. Just shut it down, thanks.
The pharmacy is ridiculous. Wait an hour for number to be called only to be told to sit back down for another hour and wait for it to be ready. Ridiculous!
I recommend the clinics but the pharmacy is ridiculous!!! I have been here for over an hour and the numbers move slower than molasses in winter...they keep changing the system... why??? the last way was working just fine. They need to do all the trainees through what was the ER... the Pharmacy sits between the main clinics and the ER...they can add windows or computers in that side and dispense their meds through that side...make 4 windows on the clinic side for the family members and soldiers stationed on Ft Sill and 4 wind... read more
I made an appointment days ago to address a breathing problem. I drove in the 40 miles to see my pcm only to be told he's retired and no one bothered to let me know. Letting patients know in advance about being forced to quit being patients due to age! I've been a patient for awhile and was taken by total surprise when I was scratched off the list of patients no longer in the system at Reynolds.
