Nothing was opened. Drove 3 hours for service and the entire hospital is closed, how are medical services closed.
RecommendedCaptain Thompson and Nurse Kathy are the best. They had me in and out in about 20 minutes for my little procedure. I think Nurse Kathy deserves a day off 😂
Pharmacy Pharmacy take to long to pick up medication I was there almost one hour and fourth five min waiting to pick up some medication
Always had Doctors at Reynolds and the rest of the staff is great too.im just sorry they are sending us Retires off post now .there is a roomer going around that the pharmacy is also not going to serve us no longer .where would we have to go ? Sorry to see all this happen Angie
Used their urgent care. It’s not even worth it. Better to use the nurse advice line and get approval for off post. The Doctor was inappropriate and verbally abusive.
The absolutely worst care in the Army. If you have to make a well child appointment, you have to wait 3 MONTHS. After waiting 3 months, they called and canceled my appointment the day of. If I have a sick child and need an appointment, they get back to you after 2 weeks and ask Oh do you still need and appointment? I put in a request for a referral that without the referral the child will go without medicine, and have to be put in a hospital for inpatient care. The referral request was put in Feb 21st.
