Dr Schlagel, a neurologist has cancelled twice when I NEEDED her.
Urology department is incompetent. Horrible customer service and patient skillls.
Unless you are dying don't go to Revere health the doctors there just pass you around from one doctor to the other with no answers they can care less
I had an appointment and even came early but ended up waiting for two or so hours while every other patient got in and got out. They don't keep the time slots open that they schedule for their patients. Time and time again they assured I would be taken back very shortly but it didn't happen
