The billing department is a nightmare. Absolute nightmare
I am struggling with the billing. I have fought billing for months. I think it's finally resolved and the next billing it's right back to the original issues. There is nowhere to turn for help. Administrators back their staff 100% and do NOT support patients. Even in the clinics when an issue arises, for all the talk about being there for the patient, The staff comes first. After an hour waiting in the waiting room to be seen by Dr Ritchie I finally left. Two other patients came in after me who said they didn’t have appointments but were told to come in anyway, were seen. If you value your time I would choose a different practice.
They are Dishonest. Very dishonest, very dishonest, very dishonest Revere Health is Dishonest ! Very Dishonest people working for Revere Health . They are dishonest people working there at Revere Health.
The billing sucks. I would give it a 0 if I were able to. However, the doctors have been fantastic. I just had a baby and Dr. Allen was my ob/gyn. He was absolutely fantastic. He always took my concerns serious, made me feel comfortable, he is very professional, and has excellent bed side manner. He’s the best! My husband sees Revere doctors, as well, and they all have been incredible.
