Had a collection agency hired by Revere file a lawsuit against me over a $200 bill that I thought was paid. Never received a single phone call. Just had two guys show up on my doorstep in front of my kids and serve a summons. Real classy, Revere!
They been honest with me and what to expect everytime I went in they have done an great job with my visits
I have been trying to reach someone about a bill and I get transferred three times and no one has an answer. I wrote a letter and still no response. Very Very bad customer service.
Dr. Aaron O'brien gets a 5-star rating. He is a good orthopaedic in St George. Too bad the billing dept for his group is terrible! So much so that after treatment is complete, we will never go back for any new orthopaedic problems. Get it together!
