My doctor was ok initially that I saw in St george, he saw what he thought was a fracture but the radiologist didn't. Went in for a follow up last Friday morning at the west jordan location and had x-rays done that am in the same building at the hospital and still haven't heard back from the dr, and I've called twice and know they have the results now but tell me the dr will call me back sometime by the end of tomorrow. Does it seriously take 3 days to get back results on a simple xray? Will never ever go back to this clinic... read more
The Doctors at Revere are extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Many others are complaining about how Revere Health bills patients/insurance companies. My experience was no different. I went to the Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist in American Fork. Great Doctor but I ended up getting a $500 bill 3 months after my visit. The whole appointment lasted 10 minutes and he just told me that I couldn't breathe through my nose then recommended surgery. The $500 bill was after they billed my insurance as well. Tough practice! Difficulty coordinating between the lab and the doctors--no one knows what the other is doing, and the lab results were 3 days late, then lost, then magically found when I complained. The doctor didn't know they were even missing. Not a huge fan of Dr Crowley's communication style (urologist). He doesn't present options, or even tell you what the diagnosis means.
