Dr. Ford is a great and easy person to get along with, thanks Dr. Ford.
I will never go back to revere health again. They are completely dishonest. They billed me for something that I did not get. When I confronted them about it, they said that they cannot change the code. It is "impossible." If you call them, you will be on hold for at least 20 minutes even though they say their average wait time is 30 seconds. I think it is horrible customer service when the company calls their customer, then puts the customer THEY just called on hold until a representative is available. 1-why are you calling me? 2-if you're not available to talk to me, why are you calling me? 3-when your representative is available, why are they asking ME why you called me? Absolutely ridiculous!
Bad service!!!! I called the one in Lehi, they made the appt for provo. And didn't bother telling me. I got here 30 mins late with 2 calls telling them where i was... I get here and they cancelled ... Too bad I can't charge them three money lost due to time off work!!!!
I was not impressed with my visit, and since then I have received several bills concerning my visit. My insurance was billed incorrectly twice, then when it was billed it was done too late resulting in a time limit denial from my insurance. When talking to a customer service representative from Revere I was told to call back in a few days to check on how things were going and if they were able to appeal the denial. They take care of you quickly. They are polite and explain things plainly.
The worst place ever, my mom went for a hip replacement and right after surgery her knee was swollen, numb and she couldn't walk properly. Doctor Gordon Stock told her that it will go away, it has been almost 5 months and still the same. On top of everything I requested a release health information in order to take her to a doctor in New York for a second opinion and until today' date I have receiving only excuses of why I haven't receive what I requested. If you love your family look for another doctor and facility.
