RecommendedI have received wonderful care at Revere—Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gynecology, Gastroenterology, and Physical Therapy—all the Doctors and PAs have listened to my concerns and given thorough answers and care.
The doctors are fine, the billing is a mess. Got sent to collections for something that never happened. After calling them twice to inform them it never happened.
the billing is terrible. i have called 4 times and gone in once. they have never billed correctly even though i have given insurance information 5 times! the doctors are good but i would never go because of billing. this was a radiologist bill so no choice.
Inept billing, inept scheduling (was told my dr wasn’t the type of dr he is, for example 😆, and therefore I couldn’t get in for a visit I desperately needed), nice doctors if you can get in, but once you’re in they still don’t know what you’re scheduled for (even if you made the appt months before), then if they still work you in and confirm that the timing is off anyway (ob/gyns office) they move ahead with the procedure even though it’s detrimental at this point. 🤷🏼♀️
Billing problems galore. They confirmed in writing that my account was paid (copay was paid in office) yet they still are sending me threatening bills. I have had the payment confirmed over the phone and through email via Lyndsey Jackson in Patient Services. When I got another reminder message, I sent emails to three emails several times and NO response. (PatientServices@reverehealth.com, lyndsey.jackson@reverehealth.com, Payments@reverehealth.com)

Nightmare experience with them outsourcing a serum order - out of network - and then trying to stick me with the bill! Would not work with me despite repeated attempts with Orem Allergy & Immunology's Melissa. Poor records, poor communication, and horrible patient care/concern.
RecommendedI would recommend this place. There was less than a 5 min wait, the Doctor's were very helpful. I will definitely go here again for E N T concerns.
