Went for a follow up with Dr Staheli's N.P. he was very unprofessional with no bed side manner acted as though he was irritated I was even there. It was a follow up for a recent sleep study I had done. He said " so you snore,well we can't help you just follow up with your doctor" oh and "what made you want a sleep study?". Hello, my doctor recommended I had one. I left there feeling like it was a waste of time. He was so rude.
In the Payson office my mother sees Dr Skousen. He is one of the very fee left that truly care!! Hats off to a fine organization.
EPIC FAIL!!!!!. Took my daughter to the instacare in Payson after she broke her arm only to find that they decided to close early because business was slow and no appointments scheduled. This is an instacare!! There is never appointments scheduled. Then after E.R. visit $200 unnecessary expense and a referral w/ promise to call us first thing next morning, no call. Honestly! The Urologist department needs to work on their customer service. I'm not pleased with them at all. We are human and deserve to have some respect. Thank you!
Dr Bodily has been very helpful to me and I would recommend him to people needing treatment for help with many digestive problems.
I have been trying to get an appointment with my Dr. I have a liver problem and really need ty see my Dr. I have called multiple time to finally get through, asked if I can hold them get a voicemail telling me they are busy and to call back then it hangs up. When I finally got through the lady told me I could be seen until the 24th with out even asking what was going on. She then said I could she the PA who I have seen with this in the past and won't do it again. When I said that I would have to see what other options there ... read more
