We were at the family clinic here and the front desk receptionist obviously had no idea what she was talking about, (I believe her name was Robin), she told us earlier when we called to be there at 9:30, when we showed up at 9:30, she tried to tell us it was set for 9, but to fill out all of the paperwork anyway and we could get in. Dr Clarene Hansen , endocrinologist is a caring and patient physician. Our special needs son is diabetic and she's so willing to listen to our problems and work out plans for his care.
So slow first time I waited over an hr second time 45 mins... I'll never come back. Such a joke. If my daughter didn't have to been seen for post op from her ear surgery I would walk out.
They were great. Dr. Frazier did X-rays on my hand and got me right in for surgery. My hand us doing awesome. I would recommend them to anyone.
My son had a gash above his eye that needed immediate attention. We called ahead to the Urgent Care and they got him right in when we arrived. He was stitched up and back on our way within the same hour we arrived there!
