I wish I new about this program sooner!!!! It took me a couple years to gain 20lbs and only 6 weeks to lose 20.4lbs...now THAT's amazing!!! The help and support from the coaches and the group goes a long way. When I feel like giving up the coaches are always there to push me. They are AMAZING!!! Just finished my first challenge and looking forward to starting another one. This gym is seriously amazing. All the coaches are motivating and supportive. The workouts are insane but totally worth it! Im am down in wieght and also inches. Thank you RESULTS, Coaches and FitFam for making this such a great experience.
I am very grateful to have been part of the Elk Grove awesome Results team. Now only did I made my goal of 20 I also improve my strength my good looks and got a little sexier by the work out.
