I would have to say that taking the 20 lb challenge was one of the toughest things I have done in my life. The first week was the hardest, I was sore and was barely able to sit down properly in my chair, instead I practically had to fall back into my chair coz my thighs and abs hurt so much. Week two got a bit better and as time passed things got a little easier. Today I am glad to say that I completed this challenge and am really proud of myself. I have had a wonderful experience at Results Elk Grove. The coaches are motivating, professional, and knowledgeable. The plan is challenging but it offers such a clear roadmap for weight loss success. I completed my first challenge and lost 22.8 lbs. I'm ready and excited for the next chapter in my personal transformation.
The 6 weeks challenge may be over but this is the beginning of the journey for me...Doing this new challenge with a paralyzed vocal cord was VERY challenging but with the modifications and support from the coaches, I still lost 14 lbs. My ultimate goal is to get stronger and healthier, my BIG victory after this past six weeks is that my shortness of breath have almost disappeared and my strength/endurance are much better. Just finished my first challenge and though at times it was tough it was totally worth it. I have not felt this good in years. The coaches are amazing and extremely motivating. I can't wait to start my second challenge. Thank you Results coaches and FitFam for making this such a great experience.
I am so excited to have made my weight loss goal of 20 lbs in 6 weeks. Actually, I lost 23.6 lbs. Results Transformation Center Elk Grove is full of dedicated and devotes trainers, great and supportive friends and workouts developed for strengthening the entire body. This is the best decision I ever made. Most of the time I'm working out it seems like a party. I never thought a Gym could be like this. My coaches are awesome! I am making new friends all the time and it feels good. All I can say about this place is you better get in where you fit in because it's going down and I do mean weight. My body is changing and my mind to.
This has been one of the most rewarding challenge for me. I have push myself so hard to discipline myself to be where I am at. These coaches are the best! Hands down to them. The fitfam members are sooooo supportive. The workout & atmosphere is no joke. GO in hard & work out hard but you also play hard. So when I first signed up I was kind of nervous. I knew this would be a huge commitment. I started of really shy and to myself but after a while I opened up. The very first day all I could say was "OMG what did I get myself into!". The first week hurt but it was well worth it being that I lost like 6 pounds.
