I'm so glad I decided to do the 6-week challenge. I not only lost the weight I wanted to but realized that I am stronger than I thought I was. The coaches in Elk Grove and the Fit family are awesome, they always pushed you to do better and encouraged you to continue and finish your workout when you felt you couldn't go on! I can't express how great fun I am to have found results. I have lost weight on my own before just to gain it back again. This challenge wasn't only about losing weight but also education. The last couple years my Drs have been telling to watch my blood pressure but never really telling me how to bring it down. I just finished my 1st 6wk challenge! I loss 22lbs during my 1st round! Thank you to all my Coaches her at ELK GROVE RESULTS TRANSFORMATION! Every day the pushed me to be better, stronger, & healthier than the day before! The Coaches are wonderful and supportive, the facility is awesome! I will definitely be a gym member for life! Once I finish my challenges! Round #2 here we go! Thank you RESULTS!!!
